Kid Films
Often even the values and directions of life are taught in the unexpected.
Of film, of book, of magazine that it may be we do not notice our kids take
notice of or are impressed by. Think of film in a way of or as preparing for a test.
It or a particular film may one day be a huge part.

KIDVID And Family
|
2005, Kid and Family, PG Vin Diesel, Faith Ford, Brittany Snow, Max Thieriot, Keegan & Logan Hoover, Bo & Luke Vink, Chris Potter, Carol Kane, Brad Garrett, Scott Thompson Direction: Adam Shankman xXx (Triple X, Vin Diesel) meets Arnold Schwarzenegger's Kindergarten Cop this time around as an important mission-failed Navy Seal who turns to the protection of the children of the government scientist he was protecting and escorting home. With the formulations and software he was working on still valuable but not recovered because of elaborate protective fail-safes and passwords the children's mom, Faith Ford, heads off to Europe with military accompaniment to see if she can get into her husbands safety deposit box and find any lead to where his work is hidden. Vin Diesel is surprisingly good playing a nice guy around precocious kids and think I am an adult kids poking fun at his body and pressing his very nerves for want to do as they please. By the end of The Pacifier as is usually the case leaving is a sad sorrow but in Vin and his charges case it is most believable and has been some fun. The Pacifier is actually a kind of good film for a diversion and for plain old entertainment. Adam Shankman does a pretty commendable job directing this for kids and family film. |
