Zondervan and Nelson are extremely popular, trusted, and prolific Christian Bible, book, and video publishers along with Christian gifts. Their Bible and book publishings are carried by virtually each one of these type stores.
Because you would be purchasing in want of God, to know Him, His Holy Spirit, and Jesus better, even yourself and others, I would suggest if you are not afraid to purchasing from as close to Him to start as you can get, a Christian Bible and Bookdealer or Chain. Barring that or fear purchase wherever you think He would approve.
Believe me I know it can be tough stepping in the door let alone shopping at a Christian Bible and Bookdealer or Chain. Still immature myself whether I need an audio CD, T-shirts to witness, cards, or something for a gift, before I can get in I am thinking how quick can I get out. It is like God can see stuff I'd rather He not see and one second too long in the store and He will start correcting it.
Luckily for me the clock starts over with each visit.

We pray often that God would graciously heal us of disease or the ravages upon our bodies of hard living and/or neglect. We could though ask God the blessing of our body in His Hands and for Him to reflect Jesus in health and its keeping. Or we could seek simply do it for Him. Indeed He may ask us to for whatever good reason, cardiovascular, internal, muscular, etc. Keeping our body not for sheer vanity I feel pleases God especially when done His way.

I cannot speak for these magazines or websites as Christian or not Christian but they either hold a prominent position in Health and Fitness or offer some product I have valued myself.

If pictorial motivation works better for you rather than scientific then MMI may be your best choice. As well packed with instruction and more than a little racy often times in language. You can skip these parts or the magazine entirely as you are led. Ordinarily I would not recommend such a magazine but I do not want to see the magazine cease publication or get worse. Rather I pray bringing Christians to it and them helped by it will save it returning it to its' better form and less racy content in the recent past.
I personally liked this magazine in its' better version as my favorite because the size you wanted obtain, extreme or lightly muscled, was up to you and you were still a Bodybulder whichever you chose.

I think I know about that problem of any resistance to order fills. They moved into
the Tampa market via a bank purchase there slipping in under some prayer by me after
I had solicited Repetrope concerning employment and the possibility of Personal
Workout video featuring Jerry Steele. I feel in seeing the Tampa Trib which at the
time was part of the local libraries collection I was responded to with "You need to
know who you are before you know where you're going." I took that to heart at the
time a little disappointed with something like "Okay, I will be working on that."
I have been and prior to the Trib being discontinued here I thought I saw printed in
the paper where a young man much like myself was being employed by the paper much in
a capacity my resume, sent, my be qualified for. This was after many attempts with
my local paper to obtain even unskilled employment. I became suspicious but said
nothing not knowing of any complicity.
Now imposing itself and part of the community for escape of it's problems and errors
it makes sense to duplicate its' efforts in Tampa to implicate me the one accused
but not guilty here and other places to do with Bodybuilding and others even FL
citizens.
When I order it is either via sometimes I have felt Repetrope invitation/ recommendation,
someone perhaps is speaking and know a message is there but not the type we spoke of
personal message or test attempt, or it is by my interest after a preview or mailing
I have seen or been given. That is all and the only ways and reasons that I make
order. I have nothing to do with these interferences in the growing up efforts of
others for my own faith will or for fee by being asked to interfere. On occasion it
seems some will more gifted now be able to see me across video and make contact but
my only response is to listen and give advice, urge to counseling or God and The Bible
. A local minister or help group.
It is not my intention to become such for so many without The Lord to guide me in my
efforts anyway it is way too time consuming from my own life.

that was a unique name and wondering where it came from. That is pretty much all.
